fourteen years young . 170 pounds fat . trying to loose fifty to sixty pounds total . second degree black belt in taekwondo , ten years of fastball , four years of volleyball , five years of basketball . and a newfound love of running .
my height is 5'8 right now , i wish i was three inches taller , maybe i have room to grow . the goal weight is 120 .

POP Pilates 3 minute ab workout
POP Pilates Till the World Ends Workout
then i did tuesday of daily goals so :
- 20 lunges each leg
- 20 v-ups
- 30 minute walk . turned into a 35 minute walk/run . burnt 321 calories.
